Our No Added Sugar Milk Chocolate Drops have a smooth, creamy texture with a lovely sweetness from the sugar substitute, Maltitol.
Maltitol makes a great sweetener for this chocolate as it doesn’t have the unpleasant aftertaste the other alternative sweeteners often have. It has considerably less calories to cane sugar. The majority of the sugar content in this chocolate (which is only 8.3g per 100g) comes from the milk powder. Another benefit to Maltitol, is it doesn’t promote tooth decay. It’s important to note that excessive consumption of products with maltitol may induce laxative effects.

This product is excellent for all chocolate coatings, decorations and chocolate truffle making, baked goods, ice creams, creams, hot chocolate and icings.
