Our cashew nut small pieces are unroasted cashews with no additives, preservatives or added salt. They are smaller pieces than our standard cashew pieces.
Cashews, as with other tree nuts, are a good source of antioxidants. Alkyl phenols, in particular, are abundant in cashews. They are also a source of dietary trace minerals selenium, copper, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus.
Note: these small cashew pieces are not the same quality as our organic or conventional whole cashew nuts. Additionally, please note that these small cashew pieces will not have the same taste profile of our whole cashews. If you are looking for the best quality cashews we would recommend our more expensive cashew nuts you will find here. We also offer larger cashew nut pieces.
