Our organic hulled millet seeds have a naturally slightly sweet flavour. They are low in fat and high in B vitamins making them a great cereal to start your day. No added salt or sugar just 100% millet flakes.
Instructions:
Simmer some millet seeds in a pan for 5 minutes. Millet Seeds can be cooked in the same way as rice or quinoa.
Millet is a versatile seed that can be added to almost any dish. It can be used in place of rice or quinoa or sprinkled on porridge. Millet is also great for baking - think cereal bars and flapjacks. Alternatively, blend some flakes into your favourite smoothies.
