Unlike cassia which is the common cinnamon you will find in supermarkets, true cinnamon is a milder, reddish brown cinnamon with a delightful aroma. Ceylon cinnamon contains less coumarin which consumed in high doses is said to have negative effects on health. Ceylon cinnamon has less coumarin, which makes it a healthier choice compared to other types of cinnamon. This aromatic and mild spice is perfect for those who prioritise their well-being.
