A warming snack to hit the spot in 1 minute flat! The apple powder adds such great flavour and sweetness.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
3 tbs chia seeds
½ cup hot water
1 tbs apple powder
A handful of dried cranberries
2 tbs coconut milk powder
A pinch of mixed spice
Topping- non dairy yoghurt or thick coconut cream (optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mug or tumbler and mix well. Allow to sit for a minute for the chia to thicken (add more water if needed). Top with non-dairy yoghurt or thick coconut cream if you fancy.
