These simple delicious balls are a nice change from using dates as a base. Ginger is optional but offers a lovely complimentary flavour. Keep in the fridge for a quick snack when hunger strikes!
Makes approx 10 balls
Ingredients:
1/3 cup pistachio paste
1 cup dried figs (take hard bits off!)
pinch of sea salt
1 tsp fresh grated or ground ginger
Method:
Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor. Roll into small balls and chill in the fridge to firm up.
