Here we use our Scottish rapeseed oil, seaweed powder and sea salt all in one recipe! Our dried seaweed is a super versatile ingredient… great sprinkled over a salad or in a soup, or blended into a dressing as we’ve done here.We tried making this dressing with apple cider vinegar as well as rice wine vinegar, and the rice wine vinegar was lighter and ‘sweeter’.
Makes approx ¼ cup worth (2-3 servings)
Ingredients:
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 tsp rapeseed oil
1 tbs seaweed powder
pinch sea salt
½ tsp orange zest or grated ginger root (optional), you could also use our orange or ginger infused rapeseed oil
Method:
Blend all ingredients together into an emulsion. Drizzle over salad or steamed veggies to serve.
