“This is the perfect, healthier alternative to regular chips”
2 small white potatoes (would also work with sweet potatoes or celeriac)
¼ cup hummus
1 tbs tamari soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
¼ cup ground brazil nuts
Slice the potatoes into thin wedges/chips. Lay out on a lined baking sheet and pre-bake until almost cooked. Mix the tamari into the hummus. Coat the wedges/chips in the hummus & tamari mixture and then toss them in the ground nuts. Continue to bake until cooked and the nut crusting is golden. Served immediately.
