Breakfast Bars

We realize most mornings fly by and it’s difficult to find the time to sit down and have breakfast. Sometimes you need an easy breakfast that you can eat on your way to work and that’s why we’ve created this simple recipe for you, using our tasty porridge range. It only requires 3 ingredients and takes just 10 minutes to make! Our boost range would work well with this recipe too – so feel free to try that one out too!


  • 70g coconut oil (or cocoa butter drops)
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (we used cashew nut butter but almond/peanut/pistachio nut butter will work)
  • 200g Raspberry & Cocoa Nib Crunch Porridge or Big on Blueberry Porridge or  Apple Cinnamon Pecan Pie Porridge
  • Optional : 3 medjool dates if you’d like a sweeter bar *


-Line a tray or dish (approximately 5 x 5 inches) with baking paper

-Melt the coconut oil in a large bowl and and stir in the nut butter

-Mix in the porridge

-Press the mixture into your tray/dish

-Place it in the fridge to firm up and then cut into bars

*For a sweeter bar add the medjool dates along with the melted coconut oil and almond butter to a blender and blend until smooth
