That’s why we’ve created 3 new tasty cereal recipes you can create at home using our Amaranth and Buckwheat Cornflakes – both of which are organic and gluten free! We haven’t given exact weights for each ingredients as this recipe is just about being able to quickly throw together a handful of ingredients to create a tasty, nutritious breakfast.
Raspberry & Almond Buckwheat Cornflake Mix
Ingredients
- Buckwheat Cornflakes
- Almonds, roughly chopped
- Freeze Dried Raspberry Crumble
- Milk or a non dairy milk of choice
Method
-Roughly chop the almonds
-Mix together buckwheat flakes, chopped almonds, freeze dried raspberries with milk or a non dairy milk of choice.
Fruit & Coconut Buckwheat Cornflake Mix
Ingredients
- Buckwheat Cornflakes
- Almonds, roughly chopped
- Coconut chips
- Fruit Mix – Cranberries, Tart Cherries, Raisins, Sultanas
- Milk or a non dairy milk of choice
Method
-Roughly chop the almonds

Mulberry & Almond Amaranth Cornflake Mix

- Amaranth Cornflakes
- Chopped Almonds
- Dried Mulberries – crumbled or whole
- Milk or a non dairy milk of choice
