Our 3 seed strawberry overnight oats recipe packs a punch in terms of nutritional goodness! We’ve added pumpkin seeds for their fibre, protein and essential fatty acids; chia seeds for their Omega 3, protein, and antioxidants and shelled hemp seeds for their essential amino acids – Iron, Magnesium and Potassium! Our freeze-dried strawberries add a lovely sweetness and colour to the oats. Whip these up in just 2 minutes and you can enjoy them at home in the morning or if prepare them in an airtight container you enjoy them on the run!
Recipe: 3 Seed Strawberry Overnight Oats
Serves: 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk or milk alternative (almond, hazelnut, coconut, soya etc)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sliced strawberries or strawberry pieces
optional, 1 tsp liquid sweetener (agave or honey)
Method
Mix the oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds and strawberries together and add the milk. Mix in the sweetener if using.
Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning!
