Brighten up your breakfast table with these Cranberry Oat Waffles! The oat flour works wonderfully in this recipe and provides a naturally sweet, nutty flavour and it’s also low in fat and an excellent source of fibre, so you can feel a bit less guilty about these waffles. They don’t take long to whip up and the delicious smell of cinnamon alone will be enough to get anyone out of bed!
