With Veganuary in full swing, you may be on the look out for plant powered snacks? Our Chocolate Seed Smoosh contains 17g protein per 100g and it’s packed full of nutritious pumpkin and chia seeds!
We try to make our Smoosh as cost effective as possible so it goes a long way. We know as parents, snack boxes get eaten up super quickly and it can be hard to find a real food nutritious snack that can compete with the price of a supermarket sweetie! With that in mind, we’ve made 300g just £2.99. That’s just 29p if you roll the mixture into 10 x 30g bliss balls! Alternatively SMOOSH it into Bars, Smoothies, Porridge, Pancakes, Yoghurt, Cheesecake, Truffles, Lollies and Ice Cream!
When your pantry is stocked with wholesome food staples you can make the choice to boost the nutrients whenever you cook. Quinoa is a great food staple to keep stocked up on. We’ve added 3 organic quinoas for you to choose from- Red, Black and White!
Quinoa is naturally gluten-free, a great source of vegetable protein (14g per 100g!) and it is one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids. It’s a good alternative in recipes that call for rice or cous cous. Check out our recipes pages for lots of quinoa inspiration. We make everything from salad to cookies with quinoa!
