Earlier this January, we shared our vision for 2019 with you. One of our priorities is continuing to tackle food waste. This is an ongoing project for us and as promised in that plan, one of the ways to do that is creating smaller 500g pack sizes on popular items so that you can buy less if 1kg is too much. We are proud to be a zero food waste company and firmly believe food waste is bad for our planet. We also know that food is at it’s best when purchased and eaten quickly. Check out our new 500 gram packs we’ve introduced below.
CHIA SEEDS £2.99
Add it to cereals, salads and baked goods (chia can also be used as an egg replacement for binding), mix with water and fruits to make a mid-workout hydrating drink or combine with our natural protein powders to make a nutritionally packed protein shake.
ORGANIC GOLDEN FLAX SEEDS £2.49
Great for adding to cereal, porridge or even salads or why not try mixing it with some dried fruit and nuts for some healthy snacking!

Like most nuts, walnuts can be easily added to your diet. Add to your favourite salad or yoghurt. Make your own granola or porridge topping. Try blending walnuts with our argan oil for a delicious vitamin E boost dip or folding them into a classic Waldorf salad.
Great for stir-fries, salads, desserts or for making homemade cashew butter.
Combine pine nuts with basil to make your own delicious homemade pesto! They make an excellent crunchy addition to salads, porridge and even smoothies.

Almonds are excellent for baking, in muesli and porridge, curries and salads. They are also good for creating your own almond dairy-free milk and almond butter.

Add it to smoothies and protein shakes or stir it into yoghurt. It is also used as a flour substitute for baking by adding to pies, cakes, muffins and breads at approximately 25% Hemp to 75% flour ratio (this is especially useful for those following the low carbohydrate lifestyle), we also like to make raw energy bars using the protein powder in conjunction with our cocoa products and dried fruit and nuts.
Add them to salads, your morning bowl of porridge, bake with them, sprinkle them on roasted vegetables, stews and curries! We love them in homemade granola, flapjacks, biscuits and breads!

We understand our clear bags can’t be resealed like our green bags. Our solution to this is to cut the bag along the top and reseal it with a clip like we’ve done here with our Smoosh or to decant it into airtight containers. We’re transitioning over to clear bags as our green ones aren’t recyclable. We’re going one step further and starting to use biodegradable bags! We hope you’ll join us on this journey to helping our planet thrive!
