Creating gluten-free bread is a challenge in itself (due to the lack of gluten which gives regular bread it’s a structure) We wanted to challenge ourselves just a bit more with this recipe and include a lot of hemp flour because of the nutrients it can contribute to bread. Hemp flour is high in protein (20%) and fibre (47%) as well as being a good source of omega 3 fatty acids, Vitamin D and E.
This recipe is really easy to follow and you don’t need any complicated equipment. If you’re feeling extra creative, why not top it with our Vegan Sliceable Yellow Cheese or Vegan herbed ‘cheese’ or enjoy with some of our new honey!
