Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1 tbs chia seed (white or black)
- 1 cup hot water + 3 Tbsp coconut milk powder
- Fruit of choice ( ie: 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries or 1/4 cup chopped dates)
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes until cooked. Add a little extra liquid to reach desired consistency.
