In this smoothie we combine together MCT oil with banana, chia and a tablespoon of our hemp protein powder for an added omega boost!
1 banana (use pre-frozen for a thicker cooler smoothie)
1 teaspoon hemp protein powder (more if you can handle it!)
2 teaspoon MCT oil
1 Tbsp chia seed
~250ml water or milk of choice
Blend and serve
