This fragrant rice recipe is very quick and simple to rustle up, but full of flavour. A weekday winner in our eyes!
Recipe: Lemongrass Infused Rice
Serves ~2
Ingredients:
½ heaped cup rice
1 tsp lemongrass powder
Herbs to garnish (optional)
Method:
Cook the rice according to packet instructions (I used wild rice boiled for 25 mins).
Once cooked, drain the rice and tip back in the saucepan, toss with the lemongrass powder and serve as a side dish. Garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
