Lemongrass Dairy Free Lattes

Recipe 1: Lemongrass & Turmeric

Serves 1

Ingredients:

½ tsp lemongrass powder
¼ heaped tsp turmeric powder
pinch black pepper (ground or cracked)
¼ cup coconut milk powder (low oil) or cashew milk powder
boiling water to fill mug
honey or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)

Recipe 2: Lemongrass & Matcha

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

½ tsp lemongrass powder
¼ heaped tsp matcha powder
pinch of black pepper (ground or cracked)
¼ cup coconut milk powder (low oil) or cashew milk powder
boiling water to fill mug
honey or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)

Method:

Add all ingredients to a mug with a ~1/4 cup boiling water or non dairy milk if you prefer a slightly cooler latte to serve.

Mix well with a whisk (a mini electric frother works well).

Top with boiling water and whisk for a further few seconds before serving.
