Herbs add a depth of flavour to dishes, can make an ordinary dish extraordinary and can really liven up the overall look of the dish.

Dried Basil Pesto / Parsley & Mint Falafel / Mint & Tahini Dressing  / Vegan Herbed Cheese

Parsley & Mint Falafel
Pack in the protein and greens (with spinach, mint and parsley included in the mix) with these tasty homemade falafels. We’ve also included a mint and tahini dressing recipe to drizzle over the falafel. Serve them with a salad or, rice, couscous, quinoa or in a homemade wrap – the possibilities are endless!

Basil Pesto Pasta 
Basil pesto can really liven up any sandwich, salad or pasta! We’ve mixed it with pasta, asparagus and roasted tomatoes is this recipe but you really can add it to any number of dishes. If you keep dried basil in your cupboard, you can make this recipe as a go to whenever you fancy!

Vegan Herbed Cheese
For a creamy, herby nut-based vegan cheese, look no further. This cheese is flavoursome, fun to make and spreads well. It’s a great addition to your cheese board.

Pumpkin Seeds are high in magnesium, antioxidants, protein and many other nutrients making them a no brainer for including in our green foods roundup. Keep visual in a jar on the table and sprinkle on whatever you are eating, we love them on scrambles, avocado on toast and cereals to really boost our vitamin intake for the day!
