This flavoursome Iced Tea recipe is light and refreshing and very quick to whip up. If you like it sweet, then you can also add syrup to taste. Top it off with a garnish of lime and mint to impress!
Recipe: Iced Mint Green Tea
1 cup water
1 tsp green tea
1 cup crushed ice
A few fresh mint leaves
1⁄2 tsp syrup (if needed)
1 sliced lime – added at the end.
Blend all ingredients together until the ice is finely crushed and serve immediately.
Option: try blending in 1 Tbsp coconut milk powder for an alternative creamier addition (photo below)
