This recipe takes no time at all to prepare – just 6 ingredients and you’ve got a homemade dressing that contains the energy-boosting MCT oil so you don’t hit that afternoon slump that often follows lunchtime.
Drizzle over salads like we’ve done here and store it in a sealed bottle in the fridge for about a week.
Recipe: MCT Classic Salad Dressing
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp MCT oil
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 teaspoon fine grated ginger
1 garlic – crushed
½ teaspoon wholegrain mustard
Method:
Mix together and serve. Will keep covered in the fridge for a week or so.
