Oats are an excellent way to get more fibre into your diet and that doesn’t only have to be from porridge. Though we do love a good bowl of porridge – it can also be in a cake or pizza form using our oat flour! We’re sharing recipes for both of these below
Convenience is key when it comes to ensuring a consistently nutritious and wholesome start to your day. This recipe is just that! It combines our gluten-free porridge oats and our easy-to-use cashew milk powder. Mix them with water and cook for 3 – 5 minutes over the stove (or microwave!) and that’s breakfast sorted! Top with a small handful of our pumpkin seeds or autumn spiced granola

Sweet potato is the core ingredient in this cake, but you could also try to use another sweet root vegetable such as beetroot, parsnips or pumpkin (give Halloween pumpkins a second life!). It is especially great served warm with cashew cream or yoghurt and a drizzle of agave syrup
At the heart of a scrummy pizza is a delicious base, so armed with this recipe you will be on your way to gluten-free pizza heaven! This works really well with slices of the yellow vegan cheese laid over the top of a tomato sauce base. Then pile on the veggies or whatever you fancy!
