Chia Mulberry Porridge

A simple porridge bowl in minutes. The chia gives a great boost and the mulberry crumble adds sweetness and crunch

Serves 1
1/2 cup porridge oats
2 Tbsp coconut milk powder
2 Tbsp chia seed (white look prettier but both will work) 
2 Tbsp mulberry crumble mix
1 cup boiling water

Add the oats, coconut milk powder and boilng water (you can also use cold water but it will take a little longer to cook) to a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for approx 5 minutes until cooked, then add he chia seeds and half the mulberry crumble towards the end. Add a little extra water to reach desired consistency.
Serve with the remaining mulberry crumble sprinkled on top.
