These super simple roasted pumpkin seed variations taste amazing. Try them out and find your favourite.
Ingredients needed for all:
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsps coconut oil or alternative cooking oil/butter
For all recipes begin with lining a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C/ 160°C fan).
Original Style

In large bowl add Pumpkin seeds, oil, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper and mix.
Transfer to baking tray and bake for 20 minutes stirring half way.
Italian Style
In large bowl add pumpkin seeds, oil, 1/4 cup parmesan and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and mix.
Transfer to baking tray and bake for 20 minutes stirring half way.
Sweet Style
In a large bowl add pumpkin seeds, oil, 1 tbsp coconut palm sugar or brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder and mix.
Transfer to baking tray and bake for 20 minutes stirring half way.
Spicy Style
In a large bowl add pumpkin seeds, oil, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp garlic salt and mix.
Transfer onto baking tray and bake for 20 minutes stirring half way.
Honey BBQ Style
This ones a little different as measurements vary slightly.

In a large bowl add pumpkin seeds, 1/4 tsp oil, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp BBQ sauce or 1 tsp BBQ seasoning and mix.
Once mixed add 1/4 tsp garlic and 1/4 tsp paprika mix again.
Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes mixing half way.
