For more ideas…
You could just as easily make this with the toasted chopped peanuts for a ‘Snickers-style option. Or blend through some extra macadamia pieces at the end and drizzle over white chocolate instead of the frosting for some serious indulgence!

‘Ferrero Rocher’ Style No-Bake Bites

1 cup toasted chopped toasted hazelnut pieces 
1 packed cup chopped dates
½ cup cocoa powder

1/3 cup coconut oil (not melted)
2 tbs maple, coconut or agave syrup
¼ cup cocoa powder

Blend the base ingredients together in a food processor and press firmly into a lined 8” tin. Mash the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl to mix fully and then roughly spread across the base. Sprinkle with cacao nibs or more chopped hazelnut pieces to decorate if you fancy. Place in the fridge for an hour or so to firm before slicing and serving.
