Serves 1
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
Approx 3 tbs ground nuts of choice (I used a mix of cashew and walnut)
1 tbs chia (optional)
1 cup non dairy milk of choice (plus extra as needed)
1 small apple- grated
Handful of dried cranberries (or other dried fruits)
Sprinkle cinnamon
Method:
Mix together the oats, nuts, chia (if using) and milk in a medium bowl and allow to soak in the fridge overnight.
In the morning grate the apple and mix through, add extra milk to loosen as desired- especially if you added the chia seed. Sprinkle over the dried cranberries and a little cinnamon to serve.
