RECIPE IDEAS TO TRY!
Forage for blackberries in the hedgerows (and maybe even apples if you are lucky) to make blackberry and apple porridge, pies and crumbles. The perfect comforting Autumn foods!
For porridge, make your porridge in your usual way adding chopped apple as it cooks and a handful of blackberries (warm first if desired) on top. Add cinnamon, vanilla and syrup to taste.
