These bars took inspiration from the raw balls…. So I made the same mix again and added extra seeds plus some medjool dates and then baked them!

Hot Apple Spiced Chia Pudding
A warming snack to hit the spot in 1 minute flat! The apple powder adds such great flavour and sweetness.
‘Ferrero Rocher’ style bites
An extremely quick and simple raw treat… a healthy ‘ferrero rocher’ vibe if you like! You could also make these plain without the frosting if preferred and just press the cacao into the base.
Hazelnut Chocolate Cups
A festive spin on the classic American peanut butter cups…. and you could even top them with fruits, nuts or crispy toppings if you fancied taking them up another notch.
A delightful gluten free chocolate cake recipe. Our single origin Ecuadorian Arriba chocolate drops and coconut sugar are used for the chocolate cake and our new Gianduja Hazelnut Chocolate drops for the mousse. The Gianduja makes excellent mousse with it’s smooth creamy mix of cocoa and hazelnut paste.
Vegan Egg Nog
All the classic Christmas flavours in a creamy but healthy Christmas drink…add a little rum if you fancy. Use a greener banana for a more subtle taste!
My favourite part of these cookies is Rudolph’s red nose! I used a macadamia nut coated in beetroot juice, though a plump cranberry or goji berry will also do the trick!
