Our Black Turtle Beans are so versatile with their meaty texture and mild flavour.  They hold their shape when cooking and are a popular switch out for meat in vegan and vegetarian dishes. Black turtle beans are rich in protein, fibre and folate. To cook first soak for 4-6 hours and rinse, add with water to pan, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Suggested uses:

Try in burgers, soups, casseroles and slow cooker dishes.
