Our 46% milk chocolate is made solely from cocoa from the Los Bejucos area of the Dominican Republic. This gives it a deep bitter cocoa flavour that combines perfectly with the sweet milk chocolate taste. Our supplier has sourced the finest Hispaniola cocoa beans in the Dominican Republic which is why this chocolate can be classified as a Grand Cru type chocolate. Supplied in couverture drops this product is idea for melting, weighing, baking or eating straight out the bag!

The strong flavour makes this chocolate ideal for ice cream. Under cold temperatures other milk chocolates may lose their flavour profile our 46% Dominican does not. Our drops also melt easily making them perfect for coating in a sweet but distinctive chocolate. Also great for baking, from cookies to cakes our 46% is great for giving any baked good a chocolate flavour. Alternatively create your own trail mixes by combining them with our fruits and nuts.
