These are our finest 75% dark chocolate couverture drops made from the “Hispaniola” cocoa beans. The cocoa beans used to produce these drops are from the province of Duarte in the Dominican Republic, an area known for it’s cocoa heritage. The drops have a wonderful cocoa aroma with sweet notes of vanilla. The flavour is long lasting and leaves a lovely fresh fruit note in the mouth.
For those wanting a pure cocoa product with no added sweeteners for baking or indeed for making homemade chocolate we also offer a Dominican Republic 100% cocoa mass.
