Our excellent Gianduja 32% Chocolate Drops, a delicious mix of cocoa and hazelnut paste. An excellent chocolate couverture that is traditionally made with hazelnut paste in the absence of milk. It has a prolonged and refined taste of Gianduja with a wonderful sweetness and a delicious hazelnut tone.
This product is excellent for creams, filling pralines and chocolate, pastries, ice cream and icing. The drops are also excellent in a trail mix with our fruits and nuts.
