Suggested uses:

Heat the oats with water or milk in a saucepan or microwave and add your favourite RealFoodSource ingredients to create a delicious thick hot porridge.  We love them with a scoop of our coconut milk powder for creamy, dairy-free morning porridge, we sprinkle on our chia and mulberries for an omega boost and a little natural sweetness.  If berries and dates are your thing try our freeze-dried fruits such as bananas, strawberries and apple or add a handful of our goji berries or a few of our chopped Medjool dates.
