Macadamia paste is great for creating gluten free, nutritious bars, cakes, muffins and pancakes quickly and easily. It is produced by grinding macadamias until a paste is formed and no nasty sweeteners or preservatives are added.
Macadamia paste is low in carbs and suitable for many gluten/grain free diets.
Please note that this is a 100% natural product and can therefore vary in colour, texture and consistency. We do not add any oils or emulsifiers to our pastes, they are a 100% ground nut product. This means in colder temperatures and/or when macadamias with a lower fat content are used, the paste can be quite solid and less malleable as it directly reflects the natural makeup of the product.
If you are looking for a spreadable, more runnier textured macadamia product, please opt for our roasted macadamia butter. With nut butters (unlike our pastes) the nuts are roasted in advance which allows the nut oils to naturally release which therefore makes the product runnier.
As well as macadamia paste we also have a range of other nut pastes and butters including almond, cashew, pistachio, hazelnut, walnut and peanut.

Macadamia paste is fantastic for thickening sauces (especially curry sauces), smoothies, as well as baked goods such as muffins and cakes. It is also equally as good straight from the tub or spread on toast.
