These are our wonderful single origin chocolate couverture drops from Madagascar. A 71% cocoa chocolate with a very pleasant balance of bitterness and sweetness, an intense aroma with the distinct notes of fresh fruits. We have this product supplied in small coin sized drops for easy weighing, baking and melting. We eat them straight out of the bag they are so good!
