Shake the package well before use to distribute ingredients evenly. Mix with approximately a 2:1 ratio of milk to porridge blend. Stir and cook for a few minutes on the hob or microwave before eating.
Alternatively add milk to the porridge blend, stir then allow to soak overnight (or at least four hours) in the fridge before serving.
For a more indulgent option, add slightly less milk, spoon into a pie dish to approx 1 inch thick and bake the mix until lightly golden on top.
