Our pure mango fruit balls are a great naturally tangy and sweet substitute for fresh mango. These are made from fresh mango that has been peeled, washed, sliced and dried with a little added sodium disulphite to preserve the naturally sweet flavour.
The drying process locks in the nutritional goodness, which means these mango balls are an excellent source of vitamins and are especially high in vitamin A and C. Note our mango balls are quite chewy (like fruit jerky) as all the water content of the mango has been removed and there are no sweeteners.
This delicious mango has been pressed into convenient ball shapes so that it can be eaten as a snack or chopped and added to various recipes including savoury dishes. Perfect for baking, in homemade trail mixes with our other dried fruits and nuts, adding to shakes and smoothies, cereals, desserts or trail mix.
