Our new blonde chocolate is a sweet, creamy, vegan delight! This simple mix contains just three ingredients; gluten-free oat flour, cocoa butter and sugar.

The oat flour adds a creamy shortbread-like flavour. Supplied in small droplets for easy melting.

*Please note the product itself is vegan (containing no animal products) however, the product is packed in a facility that handles dairy.*

* Please note that as transit temperatures are out of our control, we are unable to offer compensation for melted products *

Suggested uses:

Although these chocolate drops are great for simply savouring as they are, due to the high cocoa butter content this chocolate is actually a couverture (high cocoa butter content chocolate). This results in a smoother, creamier and more refined experience compared to low cocoa butter content chocolate. The higher cocoa butter content also means it has the ability to be melted and tempered with ease.  This makes it great for making your own chocolate bars, pralines, shells as well as for baking (or even try in a chocolate fondue – amazing!). Another added benefit of a high cocoa butter content is there is no need to use any lecithin.
