Our very own oat milk vegan chocolate has a wonderful creamy taste and cocoa aroma. The creamy flavour is produced by adding gluten-free oat flour. The small drops melt easily due to the high cocoa butter content. Sweetened with cane sugar, this is the ideal vegan alternative to milk chocolate.

Although these chocolate drops are great for simply savouring as they are, due to the high cocoa butter content this chocolate is actually a couverture (high cocoa butter content chocolate). This results in a smoother, creamier and more refined experience compared to low cocoa butter content chocolate. The higher cocoa butter content also means it has the ability to be melted and tempered with ease. This makes it great for making your own chocolate bars, pralines, shells as well as for baking (or even try in a chocolate fondue – amazing!). Another added benefit of a high cocoa butter content is there is no need to use any lecithin.
