Oats (75%), quinoa (10%), buckwheat (10%), teff (5%)

May contain traces of milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya.

To serve:

Shake the pack well before use to distribute ingredients evenly.

To serve hot: Mix with approximately twice the ratio of milk to porridge blend. Stir and cook for 1-3 minutes (depending on serving size) on the hob or microwave before eating.

To serve cold: To make easy overnight oats, add approximately 1.5 times the milk to the porridge blend, stir then allow to soak overnight (or at least four hours) in the fridge. When ready to serve stir through a little extra milk as needed to loosen up before serving. See also this blog post. To bake: For a more indulgent option, add roughly 1.5 times milk to porridge blend, stir and spoon into a pie dish to approx 1 inch thick, add any toppings (fresh fruit works well) and bake the mix until lightly golden on top.
