As well as being an excellent source of manganese, copper, amino acids and dietary fibre.

Suggested uses:

Add a teaspoon to smoothies and juices to get a burst of vitamin C. Camu Camu also makes an excellent ice cream flavour or why not mix into porridge and yogurts for a natural sweetness.
