Our Organic Fine Coconut Flour is perfect for baking gluten free muffins and cakes. Coconut flour is lower carb, high in fibre and is very popular in gluten free baking.
You can use 15-25% in place of other flours in most standard non gluten free recipes. Delicious baked goods can also be made using 100% coconut flour, but standard recipes have to be adapted.
