Our organic coriander seeds have a mild, sweet citrus flavour and are perfect for adding to so many dishes from curries, to soups and stews. Coriander seeds are such a versatile spice with such a distinct flavour they can be used in multiple cuisines all over the world. Coriander seeds can be used on their own or can be combined with other spices (try with our whole black peppercorns in a grinder) to create a delightful table top spice blend with layers of flavour.  They are also excellent for flavouring oils. They can even be added to breads, stuffing and dumpling mixes.

Suggested uses:

Coriander seeds are so versatile and go perfectly in a variety of dishes. They make a great addition to curries and many Asian dishes. They add great depth of flavour to stocks and soups and are particularly good in tagines. Sprinkle seeds on homemade breads or roasting dishes before baking or infuse the seeds into fruits (like apples and pears) when poaching them.   Try flavouring oils or add to stuffing.
