Our excellent organic freeze dried blueberries from 100% sweet, ripe organic blueberries. Often used in place of sugar where the sweet taste is replaced with blueberry flavour. Freeze drying removes the water from the fruit and 100g is equivalent to approximately 700g of fresh blueberries.

Wild Blueberries differ from cultivated blueberries mainly because they are not planted but instead they are spread. The hardy lowbush Wild Blueberries thrive in harsh environments, meaning that they develop a high level of antioxidants that the cultivated blueberries don’t require to survive.
Please note due to the fragile nature of freeze-dry products, there will inevitably be some powder in the pack, both when we receive the products and when they are dispatched.
**To help stop freeze dried fruits softening, temperatures should not exceed 20º C and 65% relative humidity. As these conditions can vary depending on the season, the weather conditions and location of your delivery, the freeze dried fruits can, on occasion, become soft. As these are factors that are out of our control, please note we cannot accept returns for freeze-dried products if they have gone soft. Once the product is in your possession, we would advise resealing the bag quickly after opening or if you decant it into a container ensure it is airtight and completely dry as any exposure to air or moisture will result in the product becoming soft.**
