Our delicious, organic gluten free oat flour is made from oats grown in the sun-drenched fields of Aberdeenshire Scotland. The oats are kiln-dried, stone-ground in a water-powered mill to produce a smooth textured oat flour with a characteristic nutty, oaty flavour. It is low in fat and an excellent source of fibre and protein. The naturally sweet, nutty flavour makes it excellent for baking, pizza bases, muffins, breads and biscuits or a simple, super smooth porridge.

Suggested uses:

Add to cakes, muffins, pizza bases, breads and biscuits for added nutrition and flavour. For simple smooth porridge – heat the oat flour with water or milk in a saucepan or microwave and add your favourite RealFoodSource ingredients to create a delicious, nutritious breakfast.
