The black peppercorns have been dried and ground for added convenience and versatility.  Black pepper works best as a flavour enhancer in meat and vegetable dishes but it can also become the main ingredient of a dish with its fiery, aromatic flavour.   Black pepper also has a high nutritional profile and is often used with our turmeric in meals to help release the curcumin.  A table top favourite!

Suggested uses:

Ground black pepper is great for seasoning dishes after cooking but it can also be used during cooking. It can be used in sauces, marinades, as a rub for meat or even adding a fiery kick to desserts. If you enjoy making your own golden milk (or turmeric milk) try adding a touch of black pepper at the end!
