Our Peruvian cocoa mass has a round and sweetish aromatic profile. It has a wonderful aroma with an important bitterness and subtle acidity.

Raw food marketers unfortunately promote the idea that cocoa is roasted and processed while cacao is raw when there is actually no difference.
