Our Organic Red Kidney Beans are so versatile with their soft texture and mild flavour. They hold their shape when cooking and are a popular switch out for meat in vegan and vegetarian dishes. Organic Red Kidney beans are rich in protein, fibre and folate. To cook first soak for 4-6 hours and rinse, add with water to pan, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Please check contents and decant within 35 days of delivery into a suitable airtight container, then put the bag in the bin so it degrades back into the earth.
Recommended to soak overnight, or boil until softened.
