Our Organic Red Split Lentils cook quickly and become delicious, soft and mushy. Red lentils are rich in protein and fibre, vitamins and minerals.  To cook bring water to the boil, add the lentils and reduce to a simmer for 6-10 minutes until soft.

Suggested uses:

Try in lentil dhals and curries with our spices, burgers, use for baking, as the base for vegetarian bolognese or the all time favourite, hearty lentil soup!

It is recommended to rinse before use.
